WHO STAYS AT BAM'BU? -- You must hold a valid passssport to gain entry to Hotel Bam'bu, we are a boutique lodge that accepts bona-fide travellers only, Management reserves the right of stay at all times. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS We can only hold firm reservations if you have supplied a valid credit card number and expiry date with your booking (if you have booked through Hostelworld.com you have already done this). Your card is not charged unless you do not turn up before 10pm on the day. Then a days rent is charged CONFIRM OF BOOKING We will send you a confirmation slip upon receipt of your booking. GETTING TO BAMBU AIRPORT If travelling alone catch the Airport Shuttle Bus, cost is approx $15 from domestic terminal and $25 from International terminal. If more than 2 people are travelling it is cheaper to share a taxi (aprrox $25) TRAIN AND BUS STATION - MAIN TERMINUS From the City station head over the railway line bridge north into Northbridge along William St, and then walk 5 minutes and turn left into Aberdeen St to BAMBU We are at number 75 - 77, right opposite the Deen Hotel, and next door to the Shed Restaurant and Bar CHECK-IN TIIMES Our front desk is open from 9am - 12pm midnight SEVEN days per week. Check-in Time is officially 2pm, however you can take your bed if it is ready earlier than that. Check-Out time is 11am, please advise us if you would like a late check-out the night before. If you have a late departure you are welcome to stay on-site, use the facilities, and store your bags for the day at no extra cost . LARGE BAGGAGE Surf-boards, bikes, guitars etc can be stored for free of charge, they cannot be kept in dorm rooms FREE WIRELESS The property is connected by high speed wireless for guests laptops. This service is provided free however we request guests DO NOT download movie files or music files at any time. PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL Please note we accept mastercard and visa card and cash for payment of rooms. All room nights must be paid in advance. Guests are required to place a $30 key deposit, refunded on check-out when keys and linen are returned.
